Ⅰ. Tuition (Chinese currency):

(1) Short-term Training: 4,000RMB for one month.
(2) Long-term Training of Chinese Language and Culture: 7,000RMB per semester, 14,000RMB per academic year.
(3) Long-term Training of Other Majors: Major training programs are paid according to different majors.
(4) Bachelor Programs:
  14,000 RMB per academic year for liberal arts programs
  16,000 RMB per academic year for science, engineering, economic, management programs
  21,000 RMB per academic year for arts and physical education programs
(5) Master Programs:
18,000RMB per academic year for liberal arts programs
20,000RMB per academic year for science, engineering, economic, management programs
27,000RMB per academic year for arts and physical education programs
(6) Doctor Programs
28,000RMB per academic year for liberal arts programs
 
Ⅱ. Accommodation Fee (Chinese currency):
Apartments on the new campus (with a bedroom and a bathroom, internet interface, 2 students share one room): 5400RMB per academic year per person.
3. Special Explanation
(1) For CNU scholarship students who must live in the international students apartment.
(2) Those who intend to live in on-campus apartments should reserve 40 days in advance.
 
Ⅲ. Fee for Meals
Students can have meals in the Dinning Halls for Chinese students. The students can also cook for themselves. On average, it costs about 30-50RMB per person per day.
 
Ⅳ. Text Books and Miscellaneous Fee
Fee for text books depends on the class schedule.
 

Ⅴ. Application Fee

Applicants should pay 400 RMB for the registration fee. The registration fee will not be refunded, regardless of whether applicants are admitted or not.

 
Ⅵ. Visa Fee
400RMB for X1 visa (180 days to one year), and 168RMB for X2 visa(less than 180 days). In order to submit all the documents for visa, applicants also need body check in designated Hospital and visa photo in Chongqing, which may cost 400RMB and 30RMB, respectively.
 
Ⅶ. Insurance Fee
800RMB for a year. All the long-term international students (half year and above) will buy medical insurance. The reimbursement is subject to Chinese Insurance laws and regulation.

 

Ⅷ. The tuition fee and registration fee are non-refundable. Fees are subject to CNU change.
